We can accept your return within 21 days. You will need to: Contact us by email: firstname.lastname@example.org
Let us know the reason you’re returning the item. We will provide you with a return address Let us know the tracking number (send with tracking U.S. Postal Service) Make sure the item has not been worn or used.
I must be in NEW unused and unwashed/dried condition and naturally we will need proof of purchase.
If you contact us we will be able to find it or you can also send us a copy of receipt.
We will send you an email confirmation that we’ve received item and will refund 100% of your money.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused (unworn, unwashed, undamaged) and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We don't do exchanges because we may be sold out of a particular item or it might not be in stock, etc. We will refund and if you need a bigger or smaller size you can simply re-purchase the right size. No refunds or exchanges on Final Sale items.
Items purchased to shift to a person (friends, family members, or colleagues) for a gift.
We only issue refunds to the buyer (person who paid for the item). We will issue the refund to whoever paid for the item. So it would be best to let the person who bought it know. We only refund the money to the buyer. The refund will be returned back to your credit card. We will notify you once we’ve sent it to you. It can take 3 to 10 business days depending on your bank. To return your product: We will issue you a return number and provide you with the information by email. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
